A fixed price gives us a common goal: employees who are fit for work and predictable costs.
There are two ways to contact us—by phone or chat. Our nurses and doctors will take care of the matter immediately upon first contact, if necessary, or quickly refer you to the right help at Heltti’s reception, partner network, or insurance company.

In order to identify potential risks at an early stage, we need to know you well. Being heard, multi-professional activities in line with our values, and proactive everyday support for SMEs (e.g., the supervisor channel) are at the heart of our collaboration.
You can choose service extensions for our packages, such as specialist doctors and their examinations, short-term therapy, and vaccinations. Service extensions are billed according to use.
Heltti’s service packages are designed for the needs of companies engaged in intellectual and thought work. All statutory occupational health care related to exposures that pose a particular risk of illness (e.g., statutory health examinations due to chemical exposure) is charged on a performance basis according to the time spent. We charge for workplace surveys on a time-based basis according to the time spent, as they are one-off, less frequent collaborations. A basic workplace survey for a small workplace is carried out at the start of the collaboration and is typically updated every five years or earlier if working conditions change significantly. The basic workplace survey is usually carried out by an occupational health nurse.
Vaccinations and laboratory tests related to work or business trips.
Services provided via our partner network can be subject to additional charges for supplies, facility and invoicing fees, and evening/weekend surcharges. They are charged based on the partners’ effective price lists.
A one-time start-up fee will be charged for each new employee of your company, corresponding to the monthly price for one person.
A small administrative Kanta-fee will be charged for each entry in the Kanta-register.
If Heltti visits the Customer’s premises to provide services, Heltti will invoice the actual travel expenses incurred.
For appointments that are not canceled, our cancellation policy is 24 hours. Time spent ordering patient data, transferring data, or integrating systems.
Time spent on additional inquiries from Kela or combining different reimbursement applications.
DO HELTI’S OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH PACKAGES HAVE A MINIMUM BILLING LIMIT? – YES.
The minimum charge for small businesses’ fixed-price occupational health services is always for a minimum of two employees. Does the price change during the collaboration? We monitor the usage of services and update the price annually as needed. In price changes, we observe a three-month notice period. The termination notice for the agreement is three months.
What is everyday occupational health cooperation with Heltti’s team of experts like?
As a Heltti’s occupational health customer, your company will be assigned its own occupational health team, consisting of an occupational health nurse, occupational psychologist, occupational health physician, and occupational physiotherapist.
The designated team meets regularly with company management to discuss figures, reports, news, and recommendations, and supervisors also have the opportunity to consult with the designated team on issues related to their own roles and supporting team members.
All your employees have access to modern communication channels. Contacts are always handled by a healthcare professional who can assess the situation professionally and comprehensively. According to our statistics, approximately 40% of contacts are resolved on the first contact. When treatment is needed, access to care is straightforward at Heltti’s own locations or through our extensive care network in Finland.
