APPOINTMENT BOOKING

For urgent matters, call HelttiLine or send a message on HelttiChat

When you need immediate assistance and would like to schedule an appointment with an expert at Heltti, call our on-call nurse at HelttiLine (020 1470 770) or send a message on HelttiChat, which you can find in the MyHeltti service. Our on-call healthcare professional will assess your situation promptly. You’ll receive guidance for urgent concerns, or an appointment will be arranged for you, for example, with a doctor for further measures. The meeting can be conveniently conducted remotely, at the nearest Heltti location, or with our partner.

Our phone service is open: Mon-Fri from 7 am to 9 pm and Sat-Sun from 9 am to 5 pm. Often, you’ll reach a nurse in less than 20 seconds!

HELTTICHAT

The real-time messaging channel assists you on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Messages left outside of service hours will be responded to by the next business day at the latest.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH -MESSAGING

In non-urgent matters related to your own work capacity and well-being, contact the occupational health nurse through the occupational health messaging channel found in MyHeltti. Your own occupational health nurse will respond to your message within two business days.

Heltti locations around Finland

Heltti’s occupational health stations, “Helttiläs“, are not traditional medical clinics saturated with disinfectant, but genuine well-being service stations. Occupational health and general practitioner appointments, as well as consultations with nurses, psychologists, or physiotherapists at Helttiläs, are available to you by appointment through a care needs assessment. Our “Helttiläs” are located in Helsinki, Espoo, Tampere, Turku, and Oulu
